SHWC has a secure portal that allows you to enter demographic information, insurance information, medical history, pharmacy, request an appointment, requests prescription refills and send a message to someone in our office. When you request access to the portal you will be given a User ID and a Password. It will also allow you to view your lab results and visit notes.
